AFP Cuprum S.A. filed a demand for payment of social security contributions against Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana for unpaid contributions of a worker between November 2016 and December 2022. The defendant opposed, raising the exception of payment, alleging that the contributions had been paid in May 2025. Additionally, the defendant argued that as a state university, it should not be included in the bulletin of labor and social security offenders. The court rejected the exception, holding that the payment of nominal amounts did not include reajustes and interests. The court ordered the continuation of the execution and directed the liquidation unit to calculate the additional amounts. The court also rejected the request regarding the bulletin. Each party was ordered to bear its own costs.
