Gabriel Pablo Flores Canales, candidate for councilor in Maipú, filed a reclamation against Resolution N°G10987 issued by the Director of the Electoral Service. The resolution approved his campaign finance report with an observation, noting total expenses of $1,548,391 and total income of $1,536,464, resulting in an unexplained excess of $11,927. The candidate argued that the amount of $11,927, corresponding to digital propaganda contracted with META, was recorded twice under different accounting accounts (N°213 and N°278). The court reviewed the expense form and bank statement, confirming the duplication. Considering the low economic significance of the amount, the court accepted the reclamation. It ordered the elimination of the duplicate entry, adjusting the total expenses to $1,536,464.
